Experience full access to our services at no cost for the first 7 days. After the trial, if you opt for a paid subscription and find our platform unsatisfactory within the subsequent 7 days, you can request a refund. This gives you a combined 14-day period to evaluate our platform risk-free. Refund requests after this period won't be entertained.
Upon the expiration of the 7 day free trial, subscriptions not cancelled by the customers will transition to our paid subscription plan. The relevant fees associated with the selected plan will be billed to the customer's preferred payment method on record.
Subscriptions may be cancelled at any point by accessing account settings or by contacting our dedicated customer support team. To prevent incurring charges for a paid plan, subscriptions must be cancelled prior to the conclusion of the 7 day trial.
If a payment is declined due to reasons like insufficient funds, expired cards, etc., your access to Kipper.ai will be suspended. Access will be reinstated after a successful payment. You may be charged multiple times for declined payments until successful. No refunds will be given for periods of suspended access due to declined payments. Kipper.ai is not responsible for any additional fees levied by your financial institution due to declines.
